1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tinta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Using Tinta

Tinta is a platform for discovering, saving, and sharing color palettes, gradients, and mesh gradients. You may use the content for personal or commercial design and development work. You may not resell or redistribute the platform itself, or present Tinta's curated library as your own product.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Authentication is handled via Clerk using third-party providers (such as Google or GitHub). You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your credentials or use the Service in ways that could disrupt others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Submissions

You may submit palettes and gradients for community review. By submitting, you confirm that your content is original or that you have the right to share it. Submitted content that is approved becomes part of the public Tinta library.

We reserve the right to reject or remove submissions at our discretion without notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Tinta a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your work.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform
• Submit content that is offensive, plagiarized, or misleading

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tinta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any loss of data or interruption to your workflow.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
