Color Harmony, Browse by Color & a Much Faster Tinta

Color Studio can now build a whole palette from a single color using classic harmony rules. Every palette, gradient, and mesh is browsable by hue and tone, bookmarking finally works from the gallery, and the entire site loads far faster than before.

  • Color Studio now builds palettes for you — pick a base color, choose Analogous, Complementary, Split, Triadic, Tetradic, or Mono, and the rest of the palette is worked out from it
  • Change your first swatch and the whole harmony updates around it as you type
  • New Browse by Color section — every palette, gradient, and mesh grouped by the hues it contains (blue, orange, pink, and more) and by its overall tone: pastel, dark, vibrant, muted, warm, cool, or neutral
  • New Browse by Tag section, and tags on any detail page are now clickable
  • Bookmarking works at last — tap the bookmark icon on any palette card, or the Bookmark button on a palette page, and find it all on your Profile
  • Every palette, gradient, and mesh page now suggests related sets that share its colors
  • New color values table on every detail page — hex, RGB, HSL, and contrast against white and black, all in one place
  • Searching now updates the address bar, so you can bookmark a search or send someone a link straight to your results
  • Pages load dramatically faster — the site is roughly seven times lighter to download than before
  • Palettes and gradients now show up properly in search engines and AI assistants, which previously saw a blank loading screen
  • New About page covering what Tinta is, where the colors come from, and how freely you can use them
  • Breadcrumbs on every detail page so you always know where you are
  • Text across the site is darker and noticeably easier to read
  • On phones, the top bar stays put while you scroll instead of sliding over the search box
  • The landing page no longer gets cut off on smaller phones
  • Submitted gradients are now reviewed alongside palettes — previously they waited indefinitely
  • Profile pictures now save properly instead of reverting after a refresh
  • Deleting a palette from your Dashboard now asks you to confirm first

Open in Studio, Figma Export & Mobile Overhaul

Send any palette, gradient, or mesh straight into the Color Studio, copy colors into Figma in one click, and enjoy a fully reworked mobile experience across the whole site.

  • New "Open in Studio" button on every palette, gradient, and mesh — loads all its colors into the Color Studio instantly
  • New "Copy for Figma" button — copies colors as SVG swatches you can paste straight into Figma
  • Color Studio: switch the preview between Desktop and Mobile with a new device toggle
  • Color Studio: on phones, the color and font controls now slide up as a bottom sheet from a floating "Customize" button
  • Color Studio: website and design previews now reflow cleanly on mobile instead of overflowing or getting cut off
  • Uploaded fonts no longer auto-apply — pick them for Heading, Body, or Accent from any dropdown

Bug Fixes & FAQ

A maintenance update focused on fixing loading and navigation reliability, plus a new FAQ page to answer common questions about the platform.

  • New FAQ page with answers to common questions about Tinta, accessible from the sidebar
  • Browsing between palette, gradient, and mesh gradient detail pages now always loads the correct content
  • Dashboard and bookmarks load correctly on your first visit after signing in
  • Profile setup prompt now appears if your profile has not been created yet, with a direct link to set it up
  • Custom fonts applied in Color Studio are cleared when you sign out

Color Studio: Design Mockup Previews

The Generate & Preview page is now Color Studio. Three new design-focused preview mockups join the existing web layouts, letting graphic designers and artists test their palettes on brand boards, editorial posters, and mobile app UIs.

  • Generate & Preview page renamed to Color Studio in the sidebar and page header
  • New Brand Board mockup — a full brand style guide with color swatches, typography specimens, and live component examples
  • New Poster mockup — an editorial artboard with a primary-color headline band, dark content section, color chip strip, and accent-colored quote
  • New Mobile App mockup — a realistic phone frame with a balance card, quick actions, transaction list, and bottom navigation
  • Preview tabs split into two groups: Web (Landing, E-commerce, Dashboard) and Design (Brand Board, Poster, Mobile App)
  • Design tabs use a violet active state to visually separate them from the Web group
  • The browser bar switches to a Design Canvas bar when a design tab is active, showing your palette as color dots
  • Preview tabs scroll horizontally on narrow screens with the font badge pinned to the right
